My 24 years professional career has been about Technology transformation and strategy work across Fortune 500 & 100 companies in financial, healthcare, entertainment and insurance industry. I honed my hands-on Technology and senior Leadership initially in Banking industry across numerous lines of business in investment management, retail and commercial banking, consumer finance, and investment banking. Over my career, I have held senior Technology leadership positions across several companies, accountable for Technology strategy, Innovation, organizational talent growth, and execution. I have lead and built culture of business growth through process, talent, technology while overseeing new market penetration and paying close attention to P&L and team’s adherence to successful KPI. I have also had the privilege to help startup / early-stage companies grow in leaps and bounds.
Key to my success and core to my expertise, is being able to build bridge between technology and business, while constantly adapting to changing technology landscape in order to meet the needs of massive business growth and gaining competitive edge in the market.
